KYC Information
Once you place an order with us, you can expect to receive a WhatsApp message from our logistics partner, Morning Global, within 6-7 days. This message will prompt you to complete a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, as required by Indian customs and regulations for international shipments.
To facilitate this process, you will need to provide a picture of any government-issued ID, such as your Aadhar card/Passport. This verification is crucial for ensuring compliance with legal standards and for the smooth delivery of your order.
After successfully completing the KYC verification, you will receive your order within an additional 3-5 days.
